What Does a PCA Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant, you may help clients with:

Light housekeeping

Meal prep and feeding assistance

Dressing, grooming, and hygiene support

Mobility and transfer help

Autism and sensory support

Companionship and engagement

Respite care for families

Safety monitoring and daily living needs

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

Kind, patient, and trustworthy

Reliable with strong communication skills

Able to work independently

Respectful of diverse cultures and family needs

Passionate about supporting people with disabilities, seniors, or youth

No CNA or medical license required.

We welcome first-time caregivers and provide all necessary onboarding steps.

Requirements

Valid ID

Ability to pass a background check

Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Completion of Nevada PCA training (we guide you through this)

If you are a family caregiver, requirements may differ — we will help you with the approval process.
